Dell - no more love for you (Update)

Date June 18, 2007

A couple of days ago I blogged regarding some issues with Dell.

JohnP, from Dell, posted a comment. Not sure if he actually read my blog and commented on it. I feel like it was some automated bot that scanned the web for Dell posts (by searching for a specific trackback to Consumerist) and posted that comment.

Regardless, I still liked Dell’s response to the whole issue. They were humble in admitting they goofed and shouldn’t have sent the note and promised that they were working on improvements. I’ve had a long love/hate relationship with Dell and like every relationship, there are ups and downs. The past few years were down years, but his post shows that this relationship isn’t over yet and we might still have a future together.

Time will tell.

…and by the way, only reason I follow up and John is not is because JohnP is away on vacation this week :-)

DELL here in Brasil are also doing a great job. Unfortunately their computers are not cheap.
