By the time you get to the third you dont have as much time to read to and teach him/her as you did with the oldest. Good post. My brother is tons smarter than I am. Of course there's the low self esteem that comes with being the youngest that could have a major impact on one's life as they get older. My father only spent real time with my older brother. I always feel inferior to him in so many ways despite the fact that I am married with kids and he's not (his choice).
