FICO Progress - Jun 07

Date July 9, 2007

My FICO lowered a bit this month to 758.

What factors lower your credit score:

  • Length of credit history : You opened your first credit account 9 years and 10 months ago.
  • Credit usage : You currently owe $1,925 on your revolving account(s).
  • Credit applications : You applied for credit 2 time(s) in the past 6 months, as recorded in this credit report.

What factors raise your credit score:

  • Payment history : You have never missed a payment, and no negative public records are listed on your report.
  • Credit usage : You currently have $27,038 of available credit on your revolving account(s).
  • Credit accounts : On average, the credit limit or loan amount of your credit accounts is $51,564.

Seems like the Toys R Us card that I applied and the Sam’s Club Discovery Card hurt my score a bit.
