I think that you have it right - there isn't all that much you really need to get since you already have a lot of the stuff. You will probably spend a tiny bit more on food than you would if you were not breast feeding (since your wife will need to eat 500 more calories every day), but it's a small expense compared to formula! Enjoy your time with your baby! Ours is due in about a month! Congratulations on the baby!
