Hiatus

I took a hiatus in posting in this blog.
A couple of months ago, my son was diagnosed with autism. As you can imagine, it was really heart breaking, and I really didn’t feel like blogging anymore.
But things are better now (I’ll post about his progress later), and I think it’s time for me to start blogging again.
A belated Merry Xmas to you all.
You can expect more posts from me in 2008.

Hi jr2,
I was wondering what happened as I visited your blog many times, only to see the same post. It had to be disheartening to get a diagnosis of autism on your son. Ironically, I did a post about that on my OM blog, and included many links, after hearing Jenny McCartney (sp) speak on Larry King. I hope you don’t mind, but here’s the link to the post. I’m still blogging away on both my OM and BWAB sites. I have slowly been gaining visitors, and loyal commenters, who inspire me to continue on. I would love to see you join in every now and then.
Tonight I am in the process of updating my Blogging Buddies page (still not done), and I decided to check up on you, plus make sure I had the link correct.
It’s good to see you’re back at it. Your advice is excellent.
