		<description>I couldn't agree more; I just sprung and bought my first place here in San Diego.  I took advantage of the forclosure market and wrestled a bank-seller down in price to something I thought I'd never see in San Diego county ever again.  Top that off with hitting the bottom of 2008 interest rates, locked in May and I'm set for the next 30 years.  I couldn't be happier.  Great post; I found your site on the Carnival of Personal Finance, btw.</description>
