It’s frustrating how I put almost $2k every month into my mortgage, but the principal only goes down $500.
The good part is that I was able to make a significant dent in my car loans this month. Can’t wait to see these loans paid off and out of my life.

An update on my liabilities:
I’m still trying to pay these car loans as fast as I can. They still represent a large portion of my budget.
My mortgage is still a nightmare. I’ve only been putting an extra $50 per month because I wasn’t planning on staying in this home for more than 5 years.

Along with my Retirement Progress, I’m also gonna track my debts.
I don’t have any CC debt. I pay them in full every month, so I don’t consider them debt.
I do have 2 car loans and a huge mortgage.
